Leave the M5 at Junction 7 (Worcester South).
Follow the A449 signposted for Malvern.
Continue on the A449 for approximately 8 miles, following signs for Great Malvern town centre.
As you enter the town, you will pass Malvern Link. Continue uphill towards Great Malvern.
At a set of traffic lights, turn left onto Graham Road (A449), following signs for Malvern Theatres.
Pass the theatres on your left, and the hotel will be clearly visible just ahead. Turn right onto Abbey Road.
If arriving from the South (e.g., Bristol, London via M4)
Leave the M5 at Junction 8 to join the M50 motorway.
Exit the M50 almost immediately at Junction 1, signposted for The Malverns (A38).
Follow the A38 towards Upton-upon-Severn. From there, take the B4211 and follow the brown tourist signs for Great Malvern.
As you drive into Great Malvern, you will reach the town centre. The hotel is located on Abbey Road, directly opposite the historic Great Malvern Priory.
It is your responsibility as the booker and / or the guest, to ensure that your reason for travel and reason for staying in a hotel is permitted in accordance with the prevailing laws, rules and restrictions at the time of your stay.
Your credit card details are required to guarantee the reservation; however, no charge will be made at the time of booking (*excluding prepaid rates). The credit card used must not have an expiry date earlier than the scheduled date of departure. Reservations cancelled outside of cancellation policy will incur a penalty equivalent to a one night's stay which will be deducted from the credit card provided at the time of booking. All rates include VAT at the current rate as at the time of check-in.
The property reserves the right to pre-authorise cards prior to arrival. Should the card decline, they also reserve the right to advise of this accordingly and request cancellation of the booking within the cancellation policy.
* For prepaid rates the full amount will be taken from the card provided at the time of booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure the credit card used for payment can be shown at checkin, otherwise the guest must present an official form of photo ID and provide an alternate method of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICYBookings must be cancelled before 12pm the day before your scheduled arrival to avoid cancellation fees (*excluding prepaid rates). In the case of no show, first night will be charged.
